Sometimes it’s easy to get bogged down in the technical details of recording, even to the point of losing your passion for your own art.
That’s when you’ve got to set aside the frustration of the product and focus a bit more on the process. Turn off the clock track, close your eyes, and really feel the Music!
Sure, there were some technical mistakes, not everything was perfect, but the emotion and passion from today’s recording session would have been perfect for a live show.
Hopefully we can continue to capture that essence as we move forward with production.
